Rental Conditions:
- Only the client who has rented the recreational property (hereinafter referred to as 'the property') may stay in it. To this end, they must present their ID card, passport, or other valid proof of identity upon arrival. The owner is responsible for protecting clients' personal data. A guardian acts on behalf of minor children. The owner of the property issues clients with a confirmation of the rental period and payment. The rental price list is published online. Rentals are provided based on a pre-determined offer and agreed-upon conditions. A refundable deposit of €300 is required upon arrival.
- Guests of clients must have their visits pre-approved by the property owner.
- The use of the property is only allowed for persons who are not affected by infectious diseases.
- The client may check in from 14:30 to 20:00 on the agreed arrival date and must inform the owner in advance of the expected time of arrival to facilitate check-in.
- The client must return the property in its original condition and vacate it by 10:00 on the last day of the rental period. If they fail to do so, the owner has the right to charge for an additional rental day.
- The client must inspect the property for damages or malfunctions upon arrival and report any issues to the owner or a designated contact person immediately.
- The client agrees that the owner, or designated personnel such as housekeepers or maintenance staff, may enter the property during the rental period to perform necessary duties.
- The client agrees to pay the full rental fee immediately after confirming and agreeing on the rental period. If the client cancels the reservation 60 to 31 days before the rental start date, the owner agrees to refund 50% of the paid amount. If canceled 30 to 15 days before arrival, the owner will refund 20%. If the full rental fee is not paid within five days of booking, the reservation is forfeited. The booking is binding only after full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The client may not make any modifications or repairs to the property without the owner's consent, including altering furnishings or interfering with electrical and other installations. The property must be returned in its original condition.
- The owner is not responsible for any jewelry, money, valuables, or other personal belongings brought into the property.
- Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 06:00.
- Using fireworks is strictly prohibited throughout the year, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.
- For safety reasons, children under 15 years of age must not be left unattended in the property.
- Before leaving the property, the client must close all water valves, turn off lights and appliances (toasters, sandwich makers, hairdryers, hair straighteners, bathroom radiators, etc.), and securely close and lock all windows and doors.
- The client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the property and agrees to cover the costs of repairs.
- If the client loses the main security key, the owner has the right to charge a fee of €50.
- It is prohibited to damage or destroy the property, manipulate any technical or technological equipment, or engage in any activities that threaten the safety of the property and its occupants. Anti-social, aggressive, or otherwise unacceptable behavior is not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (on the terrace). The possession or use of narcotics and other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Violations of these rules may result in a fine of up to €300.
- It is prohibited to bring firearms or other dangerous items into the property. Large sports equipment (skis, sleds, bicycles, boxes, etc.) must be stored in designated storage areas.
- Open flames are not allowed inside the property. Fireplaces, grills, and fire pits may only be used by adults and must be supervised at all times. The client must ensure that the fireplace doors are securely closed when in use. After grilling or making a fire, the client must ensure that the fire is completely extinguished.
- The client must comply with these rental conditions from the moment they rent the property until the end of the rental period.
- If the client seriously violates these rules, the owner has the right to terminate the rental immediately without refund or deposit return.
- If disturbances occur due to alcohol or other substances, the owner has the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately with the assistance of security personnel or police, without refund.
- The presence of a dog is allowed only upon agreement with the owner. The dog must not be left unattended and is prohibited from entering bedrooms and bathrooms. Indoors, the dog is only allowed in the entrance area and living room. The client must ensure that the dog does not rest on furniture meant for human use. It is forbidden to bathe or wash pets in bathtubs, showers, or sinks. Kitchenware may not be used for feeding pets. The client is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet, including the cost of new furniture.
- The client acknowledges that the property does not have a public drinking water source. The water is potable but has high hardness, making it unsuitable for coffee machines. Only bottled water should be used in the coffee machine to prevent damage.
- Clients must comply with these rental conditions. Any violation grants the property owner the right to terminate the rental agreement before the agreed end date.
These rental conditions are available on the website www.north-resorts-lucas.sk and also inside the cabin – lack of knowledge of these terms does not exempt clients from fulfilling their obligations.
