After booking, we will send you instructions for confirming the reservation. The property is considered definitively booked only after the deposit invoice is paid in full. A refundable deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. A pet fee (if agreed upon) is also payable upon arrival.
Once issued, invoice details cannot be changed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of the rental before the accommodation start date is subject to the following cancellation fees: 60 – 31 days before the rental date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. 30 – 15 days before the rental date, an 80% cancellation fee applies. 14 days or fewer before the rental date, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
